Michael has more than 15 years of marketing and sales management experience in the general and Hispanic markets. During his tenure at Dish Networks, RS&I, and BIVA Telecommunications, he gained experience in project management, coaching teams, and building a strong customer service experience. His areas of expertise are technology, telecommunications, and software implementation. Michael attended the University of Puerto Rico to pursue his passion for law, yet sales and enhancing the customer experience kept him on the business side.
