I have also founded and led a consulting and coaching firm that helps leaders and entrepreneurs achieve their professional goals and grow their businesses.My passion is to build people and communities through leadership and followership, which I demonstrate through my public speaking engagements, corporate training, school programs, and youth advocacy initiatives. I am also a lifelong learner and researcher, currently pursuing my PhD in Organizational Leadership and Business, where I explore the latest trends and best practices in the field.
